The house has a septic tank system so nothing in toilet except toilet paper and no chemicals - local natural cleaners supplied.

Please fill bird feeder in apple trees from their nut bin in Boot Room. We have made the garden and grounds to attract birds, butterflies and a host of wildlife and we have been amply rewarded by them for our trouble- they are a dream to watch!

Keep gates closed at ALL TIMES as the local cows and horses love our grass and do enormous damage to the garden and wood if they get in – and they are scarey if you come across them by accident!
